The practice of dry-brushing has been shown to improve appearance of your skin, increase blood circulation, smooth and exfoliate rough skin patches. The benefits of dry brushing include:

* How To: * We recommend dry-brushing 2-3 times per week. Always use gentle, light pressure.

* Starting at your feet, gently use short, upward brush strokes. 

* Move to your belly, using a counterclockwise direction * Brush from your hands to your heart.

*To finish, brush down toward your underarms.
